How does % uplift for shipping packaging work?
Set a percentage of the order weight to be treated as shipping packaging. Choose the materials involved and their percentage split. This yields a consistent, scalable estimate for shipping materials across orders.
What are box rules and when should I use them?
Box rules are weight‑based rules that add a defined material set based on total order weight (e.g., different packaging for <1 kg, 1–5 kg, >5 kg). The feature is currently gated and will launch after early feedback.
Where do I configure shipping packaging?
In onboarding or later under Settings → Shipping packaging. You can select % uplift or none and define the materials and splits used.
