What’s the difference between product packaging and shipping packaging?
Product packaging is attached to the SKU itself (e.g., bottle, label, box). Shipping packaging is the outer packaging used to deliver the order. If both modes are enabled, both are counted in reports.
Can I report shipping‑only?
Yes. Set retail_packaging_enabled to false during onboarding or in Settings. Then only shipping packaging is counted. This is common for merchants who import goods and do not sell their own brands.
How do I run product‑only reporting?
Set shipping packaging to none. With shipping disabled, only product packaging contributes to reports.
