How does the master material mapping work?
You maintain a single master material list. EPR One maps each material to the active countries’ official codes. For Germany, mappings align with ZSVR/LUCID categories. Mappings are versioned; you must review and accept changes so that responsibility remains with you.
How does material inheritance across products and variants work?
Assign materials at the product level and variants inherit them automatically. You can override a specific variant and/or add country‑specific overrides. Exclusions cascade as well. See the materials inheritance guide for detailed rules.
Can I override materials for a specific country or variant?
Yes. Add a variant override when one SKU is different, or create a country override when a market requires a different composition. The system keeps product → variant and global → country precedence clear so reports compute correctly.
